File split #9

Draft for a file split - make all other PRs obsolete!

I will have to reject this file split format. Many people that stumble upon this information find it organically from search engines and don't have experience using GitHub and navigating through the different text files, so it's an unnecessary barrier. I would prefer to just have a consolidated list that people see as soon as they click into the repo right there in the readme.txt. You have a lot of good information, but it's not enough to need multiple text files. And if we do end up having that much, we should think about getting rid of some things because the point is to try and make things easier for people in a sticky situation that are not necessarily computer techs, so too much information will just confuse them.

Just keep all of these PRs open for now and don't change anything and I will mix and match and put it together.
