Convert Dev Setup to use POST requests with JSON payloads rather than FormData #32

I already changed the CGI-API to handle such request as default in my development branch nt yet pushed to Github.

Please, do not work on the API since I'm doing some bogger rewriting for i.

I was only updating the client-side development and not making any changes to the Perl scripts (in truth, I don't think I have enough Perl knowledge to change them if I wanted to! ;) ). However, I think that in @Bronson-Brown-deVost 's branch, I now learned, he has already done this work.
