Remove combination panel for alpha release #75

Simple PR to remove the combination panel for our alpha release.

Coverage remained the same at 87.056% when pulling cdc5168391278a638bcdfd2168b5e9847b80007a on remove_combination into e8dbd037c3d919c44f5f061969ac33aede97d163 on master.

Seems like Coveralls cannot finish checking this one, it has been Pending for several hours now.

Coveralls has gotten really slow recently. I'm not sure why. If that continues, we can try switching services. I've heard good things about Codecov. We'd lose our history with coveralls but I'm not so concerned about that.

OK I will check back at end of day and merge if it finally passes.

It looks like coveralls will never finish this time. Can we trigger a retest?
