Easy nodebalancer node assignment for admins #358

I'd like a page that lists of all the UP node balancer nodes, that I can you can check one and it will set both your zor.bio and na.zor.bio node balancer cookies to assign you to that node balancer node. It will be an easy way for us to hop around to specific nodes, for testing monitoring etc.

And could be a precursor to "Invite a friend"

This is not going to be possible. Now that we know we can modifiy the NB_SRVID cookie. Revisit this when we've figured out how to target a specific instance of the game.
