Load test new linodes #503

with the new smaller 1gb memory linodes for $5 a month, should load test them to see if we need to lower the player limit for balancing.

done the max clients currently is set to 30, with 30 clients connected the new linodes average around 70% cpu, which is just right.

And memory is fine too, new clients don't add much more memory to the game.
