Basically I went through the list of changes in the Road to rudy section of the README. and either copy/pasted in the contents of @faceyspacey's issue comments and/or updated the existing documentation as appropriate.
It could probably still do with a cleanup, but at least the features that were announced on the README are documented in the main docs folder.
