Maybe something like institute or the brotherhood of steel. This is still in pending discussion.

The leveled list integration could be added in an optional way via MCM. Maybe an "Integration" tab could be added to MCM where the user can select which faction, if any, ODST armor will appear on. Vender lists could be integrated into too.
