Specify type of Burndown Chart #2

There is one card called "Updating the Burndown Chart"

To know if it is a Sprint-, Release Burndown or maybe even something different would help to move the card in the right quadrant.

I believe we kept this vague on purpose, to have a discussion around it. In our own solution it is interpreted as a sprint burndown. But having it in general terms gives us the opportunity to ask what if it was a release or backlog burndown? So I'm tempted to suggest a Won't Fix here.

Got your point, Sjoerd. Discussions are helpful. Are there other cards in the game where you see a grey area? In other words, no precise mapping? From my experience, what makes this game for students so tangible is that after the discussion, they have a concrete mapping for each card to specific accountability.

Basically anything that is not explicitly part of scrum. Although in most cases you can argue the most ‘compatible way’ like vacation planning for instance. For the burndown, we usually lean the way of sprint burndown since that is most commonly used and as such it is in the dev area in the ‘corrrect’ solution. The miro has a correct solution which insometimes use as a key, I believe but I’d have to check. If its not in there it may be nice to add the key to the repo as well. —Sjoerd Kranendonk0651299177On 14 Apr 2023, at 09:49, Alexander Hardt @.***> wrote: Got your point, Sjoerd.
