Create 1.1 release after validation of the credits for translation #11

Rationale for the 1.1 version: content change, not a bug fix. Probably the updated 2020 guide will be a v2 release.

Also publish the PDF as a package with this release so people who want just the Game (PDF) don't have to get the whole project.
