that has nothing to do with the script. My best recommendation would be to troubleshoot the issue or reinstall mb.

i tried patching again, the program doesn't open after patching, i have to install it again ( without uninstalling ) so it starts again

had the same issue using the batch file on win11 (23h2), i re-installed malwarebytes and tried with the the executable file, works fine now...
When I keep the setup file on the computer and reinstall it over the trial reset, Malwarebytes opens without any problems, the settings do not remain saved, but this was the solution for me.
If your having problems with Malwarebytes not opening after resetting it, just download the support tool to repair it and it should open with no problems

No response for more than 2 weeks. Assuming that error has been resolved. I am closing it.
sorry i didn't know how to close it, the issue is still there, everytime i patch it, i have to reinstall Malwarebytes again.
