This cannot be fixed it is part of the GUID exploit we have already tested saving and restoring all types of lists . once the exploit is run the hash for the lists change and you cannot replace them

This issue has already been raised and an unsuccessful attempt can be found here and here. Thus, can't be fixed until import/export feature is added in Malwarebytes. Furthermore, you can just place all your exceptions in one folder so that you can easily add them again, once the trial is reverted
