To do:

[ ] add contact details on contact page
[ ] set up form functionality (perhaps with AWS)

Done in #42:

[x] add a contact form to get in touch
[x] add form fields
[x] contact form is a reusable template to display on any page

@shuttle1987 do we want the contact form only on the contact page or will it be on any other page like it is on the CPS site? This will determine whether I build it straight on the contact page, or if I make a reusable contact field template. Also are the form fields the same as the CPS site?

We definitely want to have the option to display the contact form on the website, having a call to action section is an important feature on the site. @aapeliv set up a form on AWS that we were using previously, would be keen to get his input on this.
