[MRG] Consulting-training copy #108

I think we should make it really clear that what we are offering is a service that deeply integrates the consulting with the training. Sure we could offer (and indeed we do offer) either service separately but its the effective combination of the two where we can offer something of much higher value.

Also I'm wary of referring to "agile" because this one word means completely different things to different people and there's a large risk of what we say being taken the wrong way here.

Deleted the use of "agile" for now. Also added:

"We love teaching talented teams to solve their own problems, and that's why we deeply integrate consulting with training - to set our knowledge free AND deliver a high-quality product, that your in-house team helped to create."

I'm changed the title of this back to work in progress because there's stuff that's not in a state to be merged here.
