I'm wondering if there could be a more gimmicky title and if it'd be good? "How to NOT do outsourcing?" I don't know :)

A few other small comments:

• The picture should have an alt text which is the text in the picture (it's important for accessibility reasons but also SEO and slow internet connections)
• The picture really should be a jpg. @shuttle1987 does gatsby automatically convert it? Or not from a lossless to a lossy? At the moment it's 1 mb+ which is way too much.

Gatsby is supposed to convert them with the sharp plugin, in practice I'm not sure how well it handles the image assets. A proper image/assets caching system would be great but we don't really have that unfortunately.

There's some really subtle communication we have to get right here. Specifically in the Hertz Accenture situation not all the blame falls on Hertz, you really need to have active collaboration between both parties for these jobs to go smoothly. I also don't want the takeaway being that people can't outsource to us, perhaps we can talk about how we go about this process

I think this is actually a really good example of one of the issues of outsourcing, its that if you have to maintain some minimal amount of quality it means you likely have to duplicate roles internally and at the client end. This puts a lower bound on the cost savings.
