"I think some inbound on Robotic Process Automation (RPA (It's funny how they use the acronym so much too, I can't help but think it's to reduce searchability) would be beneficial because really process improvement is this area. Honestly I think RPA is a somewhat bad deal in many incarnations because people are incentivized to sell automation products specifically, when really we want to solve people's problems not just sell them expensive automation products."

What is the status of this? I know we added in the article about process automation in #121 but do we want to write more about this?
