There should be events when the carousel is moved from page to page. #130

As of yet, the app is not aware of a page change in the carousel. Thus there is no way to load the pages on demand at the right moment or to return to the GroupNavigator (home panel) when the booklet is finished.

Closed in the monoblocslide branch. Will be merged in next sprint.
