Sometimes (1 out of 20), the Carousel width is wrong #139

When this happens, we can see all the items in the carousel at once. The thing is unscrollable and does not respond to touch.

Also when going back and forth from the BookletNavigator to the GroupNavigator the pages are sometimes blank. At this point you can't go back to the GroupNavigator

The bug seems to be in the MGWT library. Postpone till a future version.
