Link GeoServer and GeoNode to data in MinIO #1

Geospatial data uploaded to MinIO should be discoverable via GeoNode and exposed as WMS/WFS by GeoServer. If possible, we should also map which mission metadata can go directly into GeoNode (with the rest going into Postgres on GCP). Should in principle be quite easy, but any automation would need figuring out.

The seabe-mission bucket/folder is available on geoserver through a mount with subpath
