Deploy grid arendal seabee geonode #2

The current geonode deployement is missing the seabee geonode frontend so would be nice to get communication up with grid arendal on what django genode version they want to use preferably 3.3.x or 4 when that is out?

we have setup a build of https://github.com/SeaBee-no/GeoNodeGeoViz that can be manually deployed onto nird toolkit
