Investigate mismatched data in Internet Archive

@lisushka noticed that the description in SeaGL2020-Elizabeth_K_Joseph-Open_Source_on_the_Mainframe_in_1960_1999_and_Today is incorrect. Investigate the cause, check for other affected videos, and correct the archive.

Initial observations:

• The OSEM event, web archive, and YouTube video are correct.
• This video was part of a batch that was originally uploaded to YouTube, mirrored to the Internet Archive, deleted from the Internet Archive, scraped again from YouTube, and re-uploaded to the Internet Archive. (#45)
• /tech/media/ contains no artifacts from 2020.

Looks like it was just a mistake in the Internet Archive manifest for that one video. I recall piecing together that year’s manifest by hand before we had it automated from OSEM.
