Support creating a swap volume in `simple_vm` #45

This should be a boolean flag passed to the module that, if set to true, will create an additional OpenStack volume (destroyed when the instance is destroyed) and attach it to the instance.

It sounds like this would require OSUOSL credentials and that you would need to check with them before sharing those creds with anyone else?

Yeah you'd probably need creds to test. I wouldn't mind giving you some if you're interested in working on this but it'll require OSUOSL to issue you credentials.
