请问gotox可以增加对doh和ech的支持吗？ #257

先说 ECH，这是 TLS 特性，但 Python 并不支持它，除非 OpenSSL 添加支持。 https://github.com/python/cpython/issues/89730 这里建议直接在浏览器中开启实验性支持，具体方法可搜索网络文章。 不过，ECH 并不能保证一直可用，后续估计会像 ESNI 一样被审查。

DoH 已经支持多年，但是现在很多服务器域名已被审查，我已经很久没用过了。

目前国外部分dns over https服务器在我移动这还可以直连
