Missing MSPointerEvent

MSPointerEnter, MSPointerHover, MSPointerLeave events are missing from 
goog.events.EventType.

The attached patch adds these events and updates the documentation page.

Yes. Compiler maintains its own contributors file.

Library uses the regular Google one:
