There appeared to be missing species with the data test run during the close out meeting with Rahul. However, it appears this was run with the 2023 release, not the 2024 release.
Note: There have been updates to Fishbase and Sealife base (e.g., to some scientific names and common names), so we will want these integrated as part of the new run.
Mostly all in clean_inpusts portion of the model. Fairly sure new HS code list comes from API subscription from Comtrade
To-do
UN Comtrade
[ ] @jagephart create new Comtrade API account with new email
FAO Data
[ ] column names make sense in new data
[ ] See ways to structure code (separate script) to run on new FAO data. Look for differences between old and new raw data. e.g. column name matching, species dropped, species added, countries dropped, countries added. Create summary of what is different before going into code to modify.
[ ] make sure all scinames are matching to hs codes and all hs codes have scinames matching
Sciname
[ ] list of scientific names get appropriately cleaned and matched to SLB FLB and HS6
