CORTX-34174: Improve options to logs-cortx-cloud.sh

Description

Minor improvements to options for logs-cortx-cloud.sh based on some user feedback.

• Ensure that if no valid solution.yaml is specified, this is clearly stated in error message
• Confirm solution.yaml handling with other scripts (such as prereq-...)
• Change true/false options to be flags rather than "option = True"
• Improve help listing so that defaults are clearly listed

How was this tested?

Manually tested. Much testing was done by "echoing" the key support_bundle command rather than executing it, so that I can test that each option is successfully being passed to this key command.
