Updated GLOSSARY page with redirect to seagate/cortx

Description

Per multiple conversations, the current glossary maintained at https://github.com/Seagate/cortx-k8s/blob/integration/GLOSSARY.md is better suited to be housed and maintained in this repository. This is the first step in updating this process.

Follow-on steps to update the glossary with desired sections and establish gatekeepers are not included in this PR.
