CORTX-34219: [Perf-Sanity] Insert Jenkins Job_ID as PR_ID field to generate new run_id at backend for each run #1232

Problem Statement

Nightly performance ci/cd is not creating a new run_id as all the values in the DB query are the same. Added Jenkins job_id as PR_ID field to insert a unique record for each nightly run.
We found CORTX-34297 in https://github.com/Seagate/seagate-tools and @sampadap03 raised https://github.com/Seagate/seagate-tools/pull/590 to fix it.
