[IAM Policy] Build Failure Fix - Updated schema file as per IAM policy requirements

Problem Statement

During rebase of iam-policy with k8s, lost the schema updates required for IAM_policy feature. Due to this build is failing on iam-policy feature branch. Failed S3Premerge -> 885
