let 'stack' utlity be aware of a custom library path when executing h0 make|rebuild for the greater good
build all Halon modules, not only mero-halon, the same way as it's done when building rpm

currently MERO_ROOT duplicates functionality of --extra-include-dirs, but that variable is a hack and probably has to be eradicated eventually, the option is a proper way of specifying path for custom headers.

@chumakd Are you sure --extra-include-dirs option is necessary? The original script doesn't seem to need it.
