Abandoned in favour of #1527.

A simple switch would be more convenient than the env variable. Sometimes I do need to rewrite the facts file.

I meant some switch to h0 init to not run genfacts.

m0genfacts is not run when the environment variable is set:

H0_SKIP_FACTS=1 h0 init

Unfortunately, the facts file is still removed by install-halon-services --uninstall... I'll try to come up with a workaround.

@andriytk I'm not sure if this is what you need. Can you check please?

Note that /etc/halon/ is deleted (by install-halon-services --uninstall) with no regard to H0_SKIP_FACTS variable.
