scripts: use eth1 for HALOND_LISTEN on vagrant setups only #1530

The previous patch introduced regression for singlenode setups, so not we use eth1 for vagrant setups only.

enabled an automatic merge when the pipeline for 09ad6e251d5fa85197704ae86d1690e03f06d77b succeeds
