Indeed we can. You can see “ST multinode” job in any CI pipeline.

rajanikantchirmade commented 5 years ago

Here intention is to create devices only.

rajanikantchirmade commented 5 years ago

Can we add multi-node ST in CI framework ?

rajanikantchirmade commented 5 years ago

It setup cluster but here it is just used to create devices for pool.

rajanikantchirmade commented 5 years ago

Wanted to create disk since when "h0 init" use user cluster.yaml, it expected the devices are created.

rajanikantchirmade commented 5 years ago

Yes, agreed. Need to simulate configuration with 2 nodes. Let me update test for that.

@rajanikant.chirmade What does this command do? (I tried to read m0setup code, but it's not reader-friendly and I abandoned the idea.)

vvv commented 5 years ago

@rajanikant.chirmade Why m0setup is used here and not m0genfacts?

vvv commented 5 years ago

@rajanikant.chirmade IIRC, one of three EES configurations has two nodes. I think EOS-167 should cover that configuration as well. What is your opinion?

vvv commented 5 years ago

@rajanikant.chirmade Please help me describe this system test.
