/t says I have 0 outposts while I have an outpost on Xira

What the title says. Pairjax confirmed the outpost is indeed there, /t just says I have 0 for some reason. I don't know anything else about this.

Same for my town, and every town I check. Everyone has 0 outposts listed, regardless of reality.
