Describe the suggestion Bringing back the 4.0 style of SQ with the 3 empires fighting for planets in the core with some changes

You have the empire worlds with low tier resources There are Mid tier worlds in the core area that other empires won't be able to raid unless if the main core world is fully captured The Core world would only have one planet at a time, with a rotation period of two weeks, with each planet giving certain buffs.

Money Making/Ship unlocking: You make money/unlocks ships via a generalized contract system, IE instead of X Wheat for X money it's X food sources for X money Utility Ships are unlocked via delivering cargo, where more money is given for delivering cargo to control points in the mid/core world Auxiliary Ships are unlocked by data transfers, anomaly detection? and control point hacking on the core world Combat ships are unlocked by killing enemy players and capturing control points.

Materials: To simulate the core worlds being depleted, there is only low tier foods/ores (wheat, iron, coal, Flower planets?) The Mid Tier planets will have mid tier foods/ores (cows) The Core planets will have the high tier ores (nether ore/diamonds, depending on which planet is in for the rotation)

Player Base: Upon joining the server, they will be given the option to pick their play style preference (pvp, pve or pvpve) upon that selection they will join a empire with that play style. If an particular empire if has an excessive amount of a certain playstyle, then it will prevent players from joining that empire (2-5?) ie if Empire 1 has 10 pvp players and Empires 2 and 3 only have 5, then Empire 1 won't be able to be selected for those that go with the pvp play style. They have the option to switch empires every month?/Full planet rotation

Potential Events: With the core worlds disappearing every two weeks, there is a portal that opens which players could enter to engage in combat against the creators

Why will this make StarQuest better? From what I see with discord, Players did enjoy it when there was only the Xira during the early stages of 4.0 and I think this could keep those that want to pve only could.
