Acceptance Criteria:

[x] One base class that takes RGB values as its arguments
[x] A class that inherits from the base class and includes methods for the conversion of RGB values to a hexadecimal value
[x] A class that inherits from the second class, but adjusts for values outside the RGB range (0-255)
[x] One factory class that chooses which class to use based on whether or not the RGB inputs are in range (0-255)
