Packaging fail2web for Yunohost #35

Hi there! First off: thanks for this brilliant tool!

I am working towards getting this packaged up for the Yunohost project.

My concern is that I see no activity on this project since 2017. I know everyone is busy but I just wanted to start the discussion here regarding the aim to support this project going forward. Would be great to know we can rely on someone in some sort of timely fashion to support for fixes and reviews.

:rocket:

Hey @decentral1se Thanks for taking an interest/improving fail2web :)

I don't think I will be able to dedicate much time sorry. Most of my time is spent on Pion WebRTC these days.

I am more then happy to make you an administrator of these repos though! (if you are interested) We could also transfer them, but that would break peoples imports. Maybe better to rip off the bandaid though?

The frontend is also probably due for a rewrite, web stuff changes so fast all the tooling/libraries I used are no longer popular (which hurts the amount of devs interested in contributing)

thanks

Hey @Sean-Der, thanks for this update! Sorry to hear you don't have time here but also nice that you're off doing nice things somewhere else ;) On the one hand, I think I could probably get some basic fixes to this to move it forward. However, in the long term, I probably can't keep it supported. So, I am unsure how to proceed really ...

Any of the 26 people watching this interested in building a community maintenance schedule? I can certainly help with triage, building CI pipelines, and other "soft skills" needed to keep it rolling.

Perhaps @Sean-Der, we could create a "community maintainers needed" issue and try to start the discussion this way. If you want to add me as admin then, maybe I can go ahead and try this ;)

Won't have time to chase this up then either.
