MTS export now a critical feature for hardware users #169

I don't know of another place to convert scales to MTS Sysex format than:

http://www.microtonalsoftware.com/scl-scala-to-mts-converter.html

But this website is now dead. I can't find another site or piece of software to convert SCL to MTS. As long as this tool doesn't exist I can't update the scales on my hardware, i.e. Prophet rev2 and Cirklon.

Scale Workshop is probably the prime candidate to take over this task, now that microtonalsoftware.com is dead.

Used to use that site for Prophet 6, bummer to see that it is down. I think I saw that someone else might need this same thing. What I can probably do is build a Python script that does this and then work on adding it to Scale Workshop
