Usecase scenario

New IoT Edge Deployment Created, this will notify that a certain target of devices will be targeted for a new set op containers to be deployed on the edge.

Would you expect both, IoT Edge and IoT Hub to raise this event? If yes, we should split those two into two different events.

Only valid for IoT Edge in my opinion, as this is more about creating a deployment configuration to push down to the edge devices. Non-edge devices will not have that option.

Thank you for the clarification. I'll update the issue title as well and remove IoT Hub label. Keep those events coming 🙂
