Reason for disagreement: Theres unecessary repetitions of "so that i can", and it makes the header pointless to have if its not utilised well. For example your second line "So that I can ... it would be easier for stock taking" does not flow well.

Allow me to refer you to AB3 Deveoper guide, where the "So that I can" field is properly utilised, with no repetitions and the flow of the sentences makes it more readable.
