Add documentation about Python version #114

In install documentation give solutions for updating the python version if needed

After updating Ubuntu version Python 3.10 can be downloaded with sudo apt install python3.10. The reason this works is because python3.10 is default for Ubuntu 22 Add documentation about checking if you have a compatible python version that is not the default.
