Task: Package mutagen and gpxpy now ships with MilkMachine

this Esther don’t understand can Ed explain?

Does this need to be tested? If yes how?

For user convenience, I packaged all of the required third party Python libraries (gpxpy, simplekml, mutagen) inside of MM. Doing so eliminates the step of the user manually installing these libraries. If you would like to test this (not necessary), remove the 'gpxpy', 'simplekml', and 'mutagen' libraries from you Python 'site-packages' folder. Then use MM. I have tested this on Windows and Linux with success. This is not a dire issue to test, so if you don't feel like testing at the moment, this can wait for another time.
