Describe the bug
I right clicked my foxes one time to get them standing, but after I right clicked them again, they disappeared. I'm not sure if this is useful, but they were also standing while sitting up after sleeping with me, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. My friend says it could be random as his foxes didn't disappear when he did the same thing (right clicking 2 times in a row). After a few minutes later, he did it again and his fox also disappeared.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Right click a standing fox that was in sitting mode to make it actually stand.
Right click it again to make it sit.
It may disappear randomly?
Expected behavior
I right clicked on my foxes two times then they just disappeared.

Java: Version 1.19.4

It was on an Aternos server, PaperMC, and I was using OptiFine, but I'm not sure if they have something to do with it.
