Vue / Plotly for starters, unless I find better. Track position circle may need to be homebrewed (but that's okay, I think that would have been required anyway).

Vuex looks like a good option for managing the central data store for each channel.

Probably Bootstrap / BootstrapVue as the CSS framework?
