GUI Controls scroll outdated #10

Currently the scroll that appears on screen to display the controls to the user lacks the control to activate the time power, as well as scrolling to select items. Also, with the fix of #5 the inventory is now accessed with the "I" key and not the "E" key.

GUI Controls updated and new GUI has been placed within build.
