This has happened a few times with different testers, mostly from jumping and landing, or landing from a super-jump.

This bug also appears in front of the shop sometimes, seems to happen when landing from a jump but cannot 100% reproduce.

Issue is a result of bumpy terrain. In order to fix this, the terrain must be smoother than it currently is in these areas.
