Version incompatible! Solr version: 8.9.0 #27

I try tu deploy package on collection but is returned error Version incompatible! Solr version: 8.9.0, package version constraint: 8.6 My system Solr 8.9.0 on Debian.

I have the same issue on CentOS7

I wonder when the built-in Data Import Handler is deprecated in favour of this package, why isn't this package up-to-date to work with the current release of Solr?!?!

I'll work on this in next 2-3 days and release a 8.9 and 8.10 compatible version of this package.

Sorry, it took me time. I requested @rohitbemax for private keys to do a release (over email), and I've released the latest version of DIH for Solr versions 8.6 to 8.10. @keto33 thank you for your patience.
