Display not correct when picking upa brush #422

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Press B to pick a brush, help lines appear
2.Hold mouse and drag to mark an area to pick
3.Notice how picked area is not marked while dragging, only visible help lines 
are at cusros position

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I don't understand this one. It sounds like one case of "missing screen 
refresh" like we've seen and fixed many times over the last years, but in the 
case of the giant crosshair used for brush grabbing, I've never seen any 
problem - and brush grabbing is something I use all the time. Can you get a 
screen capture of the phenomenon ? And which version are you using when it 
happens ?

Ummm, I was using the latest build, but I can't seem to reproduce it now. I'll 
test more. Need to remember what file I was working on.
