Options/Input: Missing graphic update after changing a numeric value #432

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter Options screen
2. Choose tab Input
3. Click one line that has numeric values
4. Hit esc or enter or click elsewhere

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The grid around the selected line is not entirely cleared. Moving the mouse 
erases it. This happens only on Input tab.
