Iterative save #464

Working with larger pictures, I often save my progress in multiple files. 
Having to use "save as..." and enter the next number manually tend to break the 
flow a little, so I suggest a "save iteration" command that automatically 
appends the next available number to the file name, without dialog questioning 
so that you can quickly get back to work. Maybe ctrl+shift+F2 or what ever. 
Don't even really need a button in the GUI for it I reckon.
