Crash when browsing drives that have no 'parent directory' entry #477

(Windows XP) Found a case where a network drive's subdirectory (R:\something) 
has no contents at all : When using the 'Load' fileselector, the left box 
appears entirely empty. Then it crashes if I attempt to navigate to parent 
directory (hit 'backspace'), or if I exit the fileselector and try re-enter it.
